We can help with conditioning and training to any level

Alongside our regular cycling tours, we also run a series of training camps, designed to help more advanced cyclists condition and improve their current abilities.

The range of camps we offer reflect the conditioning requirements for the more serious cyclist and each is tailored to a very specific set of goals.

For any camps we can provide a suitable bike but we will need to know your height in advance.

7 Day Intensive Training

The 7 Day camp is an intense series of rides and workouts that starts with the basics and leads you through to endurance hill rides that will test you to the limits.

– Hill conditioning

Includes half board accomodation, all training schedules and programmes, snacks and drinks on the rides.

7 Day Cycling Bootcamp

The 7 Day Bootcamp is designed to introduce newer riders to the basics of endurance training and conditioning. All the exercises and rides have been designed to take your cycling ability to the next level.

The Bootcamp is a great way to get a taste of true bike training and will hopefully give you a taste for more!

Includes half board accomodation, all training schedules and programmes, snacks and drinks on the rides.

€500 per person

3 Day Training Special

The 3 Day Training camp is as intense as the 7 Day Intensive Training Package but without the acclimatisation and assessment sessions.

You’ll go straight into full hill conditioning and endurance training, so a good degree of existing fitness is recommended.

Includes half board accomodation, all training schedules and programmes, snacks and drinks on the rides

1-to-1 Training

Our 1-to-1 Daily Training programme lets you call the shots as one of our trainers takes you on a ride to work on any areas you want to improve.

Mallorca’s excellent roads and terrain means we can target pretty much any form of conditioning or training and help you get the most from your riding.

We can even offer an off-road experience as well!

€50 per day

Extra Training

To compliment your bike fitness, we can also now offer a holistic training package that targets all areas of conditioning and cardio-vascular work.

Along with any of our camp packages you now have the option of a personal trainer to take you through a series of static and movement exercises, designed to improve your overall fitness.
